Return & Refund Policy

At BUYVEX, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience.

This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how returns and refunds are processed.

1. Return Eligibility Criteria

A product is eligible for return only if:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described

• The item is unused, in original condition, with all packaging & accessories intact

• A return request is raised with valid proof (unboxing video or clear photographs)

Returns are not accepted for:

• Change of mind / no longer needed

• Size / colour preference issues (unless wrong item delivered)

• Minor cosmetic variations

• Products used or damaged after delivery

2. Return Timeframe

• Customers must raise a return request within 5 days of delivery

• Requests raised after the allowed period may not be accepted

To raise a return, contact us with your order details + issue description + proof.

3. Refund Process & Timeline

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• Refund for prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method

• Refund for COD orders will be issued to the customer’s Bank / UPI account

• Refund processing may take 5–7 working days after approval

Refunds are issued only after quality verification of the returned item.

4. No Exchange / Replacement Policy

Currently, BUYVEX does not offer product exchange or replacement.

If the item is approved for return,

a refund will be issued instead.

5. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product Delivered If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 5 days of delivery

• Share an unboxing video or clear photos of the product & packaging

After verification, the return will be processed as per policy.

6. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Returns are not accepted for:
• Used or physically damaged products
• Items without original packaging / accessories
• Hygiene / personal-use products
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Orders returned without valid reason or proof

7. Return Shipping Responsibility

• If the product is damaged / defective / wrong item delivered →
Return shipping is covered by us
• In any other approved case →
Customer may need to bear return shipping charges
Return pickup availability depends on courier coverage in your area.

8. Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
• Post-delivery requests will be treated as a return case
